Oxford, UK – The Company announces that Anthony Clayden, of Strategic Finance Director Limited, has been appointed Head of Finance to lead the financial management and provide company secretarial services with effect from 1 May 2016. This is not a board position, and Anthony is not being appointed a director or officer of Physiomics. At the same time the existing Financial Controller and Company Secretary, Liz King will step down from these duties but will remain available to support a transition.
Anthony has broad experience advising on strategy and managing the finance function in a variety of companies of differing size and complexity. Anthony’s career has encompassed advising a number of businesses in the life sciences and healthcare sector. This includes over 6 years as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of AIM quoted Futura Medical plc including preparation for and IPO on AIM and a series of placings during his tenure.
