Boston, USA – The Communications Strategy Group Inc. (CSG), announced today that Victor J. Emmanuel, a senior public relations executive with great depth and strength in the planning of complex marketing communications and crisis management campaigns for private and public sector clients, has joined the firm’s Advisory Board. Further, that Sandra Judd, M.S., a senior marketing and public relations professional with extensive experience in nutritional sciences, healthcare and business-to-business communications, has joined the team as a Senior Consultant.
About Victor Emmanuel
In his extensive career, including many years spent at Burson-Marsteller, a global consulting and lobbying organization, Victor Emmanuel directed major initiatives on behalf of international clients such as the Republic of Argentina, Saudi Basic Industries, Swiss Bank Corporation, Owens-Corning Fiberglas and the governments of Sri Lanka and Ciskei, among many others, including serving as a marketing and crisis management consultant to Mario J. Gabelli, GAMCO Investors, Inc.
In addition to Burson-Marsteller, Victor was Co-Founder and Chairman of Emmanuel Kerr Kilsby, Inc., a Connecticut-based financial relations and marketing consultancy which merged with Creative Partners in June 2004. Creative Partners provides public relations, advertising and brand development services. He formed VJE Consultants (www.vjepr.com) in 2006, specializing in public relations, marketing communications and crisis management.
Victor is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Port Chester, NY, and in his free time enjoys wing shooting and cooking. He recently published his first novel, “Steinberg’s Ear,” and is planning another.
About Sandra Judd, M.S.
Sandy Judd brings with her more than 30 years’ experience in nutritional sciences, healthcare and business-to-business communications as a marketing and public relations executive, writer, dietitian, and most recently, certified health and wellness coach.
In addition to providing healthcare communications consulting services, Sandy owns and operates Sculpt Your Health (www.sculptyourhealth.com), which provides health and wellness coaching services to help people make long-lasting lifestyle changes in the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, work/life balance, and more.
Sandy has served as the Chief Dietitian for a community hospital; an Account Supervisor at the global public relations firm, Burson-Marsteller; Director of Public Affairs for two Harvard-affiliated specialty hospitals, Boston Children’s Hospital and McLean Hospital; Senior Vice President for Healthcare with Manning, Selvage, & Lee; and a freelance healthcare communications consultant and writer.
Her professional strengths include communications strategy development; healthcare/medical/science writing; health and wellness coaching; media training; branding; new business development; public speaking, and crisis communications.
As a senior executive, Sandy led new business and program development for clients including Aeterna Laboratories, Agilent Technologies, the Angiogenesis Foundation, Brigham & Women’s Hospitals, Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens, Cutter Laboratories, Hallmark Healthcare, The Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and Partners Healthcare. She is the recipient of more than one dozen industry awards from professional groups including the Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations Association and Healthcare Marketing Report.
Sandy received an M.S. in Nutrition and Communications from Boston University, magna cum laude; an R.D. (registered dietitian) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a B.S. in Dietetics and Institutional Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, magna cum laude. She received her coaching certification from Wellcoaches® School of Coaching. Sandy also served for 14 years as a Board member for The Angiogenesis Foundation. She resides in New Boston, NH.
